In recent years, judges have found that the police has frequently applied illegal pressure on suspects in order to get a conviction This goes back many years, but recently it seems the reversal of convictions has been growing. Judges have noted the illegality of the police pressure and coersion. But this brings up the question, if the police are attacking illegaly, why are the police not being prosecuted?
